WHAT DOES 'MADE TO ORDER MEANS?"

Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the print provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it.

HOW DOES PRINT ON DEMAND WORKS?

How does print-on-demand works? It’s as easy as one-two-three!
1. After the purchase, the order will automatically be sent to production for fulfillment either with Printful, Printify or directly shipped from our warehouse.
2. It takes about 5-10 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 5-7 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products plus shipping time.
3. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Domestic and Worldwide Shipping.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT AN ORDER?

Because of the nature of print on demand, products are produced to order and are therefore non-refundable. 
Once an order is in production, the order can no longer be canceled, changed or edited as the item may have been created. 
Contact me as soon as possible (max 8 hours from the order). If a cancellation is possible, we will attempt to do everything in our power to make it happen.

No cancelations nor address changes are possible during the holiday season.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?

List of Items that can be returned, and exchanged.
• Misprinted/damaged/defective

List of Items that CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
• The order never arrived (Wrong Address), so PLEASE be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip codes! Don’t leave them out and double check the digits. You can use a simple tool like the USPS ZIP code lookup (https://tools.usps.com/go/zip-code-lookup.htm) to make sure that the city in the address matches the zip code. Buyer pays for additional shipping cost due to a wrong address.
• Buyer’s remorse.
• Size Exchange (Please use the provided size chart).

MISS-PRINTED AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE PURCHASED AND PROVIDER.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your product, and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After an investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a FREE replacement.

If you have received a different item than they ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order may be eligible for replacement.

ORDERS, PRINTING AND SHIPPING TIMES

All items are made to order.
This means each item is created once the order has been placed.

It takes about 5-10 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 5-7 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

97.66% of the orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of the orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

ARE COLORS 100% ACCURATE?

Color Matching Disclaimer:
There aren’t many things DTG printing process can’t achieve!
However, when choosing your product, it’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. There are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product. Because of this, we can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%.
